Resolved: Terrible service
I have had LegalShield services for about two years now. I can honestly say there are a few good lawyers, but most of them are absolutely terrible.
They are inexperienced. It can take weeks to get simple matters such as a letter drafted. The customer service is not good on a consistent basis. Most of the time there are many errors.
I think it is worth it to look at other competitors, such as Legal Ease.
The only good thing about this company is the price and availability of many different types of lawyers, but it is very stressful to deal with them because theyre very inefficient. Most attorneys that I have spoken with have absolutely no customer service skills and they dont care about helping customers.

I quit the company July 2023. I put in in writing, and on the phone. The continued to use my credit card, and the oweme money of approximately $80.00. It's illegal to use my card this way.

Not sure whom to direct this to Facebook account disabled
My Facebook account has been disabled after 180 day suspension in which that I submitted a disagreement by email countless times within the 180 days with no response and they automatically disabled my account and again I received no response trying to contact their customer support. I've tried to email legal shield services at memberservices@***.com.
my email came back as failure to deliver. I had screenshots attached to the email that I wanted to send for review as well as advice as to what actions could be taken to rectify this circumstance that has gone on for over 6 months. I am in Florida and tried to use the email provided on my card. Membership number 101********.
I've been with LegalShield for at least 17 plus years. I prefer contact by email because I do not answer the phone numbers of calls received that I do not recognize thank you
